It was a disappointing outing for our St Kilda 3rd XI, who had to give best to Ringwood 3rd XI with lessons to take away.
Ringwood 3rd XI made 10/244, and we made 10/202. Barnaby Smith passed fifty on the way to 51 off 61 balls with six fours and three sixes. James Smith played a handy knock of 32. Will Ashton made 31 off 52 balls. Jack Martin claimed four for 56 for our opponents. Isaac Macklin claimed three for 42 for the visitors.
The wickets were shared around, with Luke Gandy taking three for 48. Prabhav Mishra made a polished 59 for our opponents, a well-deserved half-century.
Plenty to take out of this one.
Well played to the visitors.
